photo-16Jessica Mishra is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who facilitates fast-paced Vinyasa flow classes for all levels. She assists students in discovering a life long practice that will keep their bodies strong, help them to heal from imbalances, introduce them to spirituality and breath work, and aid them in becoming more comfortable and content in their bodies.

Jessica completed her Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour training from Aha Yoga in San Francisco. As a former competitive gymnast and trained dancer, she loves to incorporate the strength and grace of gymnastics as well as the flow and delicate transitions of dance into her classes.
