Cooking Lessons (Individual or Group)
According to the principles of Feng Shui, one of the most important rooms in the house is the kitchen, as this is where we prepare the foods that sustain our minds and bodies.
Are you new to the cooking world, and need to start from square one? Or have you recently decided to embrace a new way of eating such as vegetarianism or a gluten-free diet? Maybe you simply want to learn to prepare healthy foods that are satisfying and packed full of flavor!
Together we will create meals that enliven your taste buds while nourishing your body. You will learn food preparation techniques, discover tips to stock a healthy pantry, use new kitchen tools and gadgets, and discover how to choose high-quality ingredients.
Each cooking class ends with an amazing meal, and you won’t leave empty handed. You will head home fully stocked with leftovers to share with loved ones, or to keep all for yourself!
