Paleo Thanksgiving Recipe Resources

by Beaming with Health on November 25, 2013

photo-13It is almost that time! One of my favorite holidays (because hey who doesn’t like a holiday centered around food). This year, I am trying to prepare a mostly Paleo Thanksgiving meal, while also accommodating the requests of my family members. I want everyone to be happy!

Thus, I will be preparing a turkey (I ordered a pasture-rasied turkey from Marin Sun Farms), delicious green salad, green beans with bacon, curry cauliflower mashers (a variation of my Dad’s famous recipe), Paleo pumpkin pie, and a friend is bring a delicious acorn squash dish. I will also be making a gluten-free stuffing (torn between cornbread or sourdough) because there is an overwhelming request for this.

Check out this post for some of the items I mentioned above, and I also wanted to share some of my favorite Paleo resources I have found this year. Definitely check them out. You will be drooling in no time!
